| A good cleansing system (which consists of a cleanser, scrub and toner) sets the PH of the skin. Another important factor is the skin moisturizing system which should consist of a facial moisturizer, a sunscreen, and an eye and throat cream. I recommend using minimal make-up so it does not clog and dry out the pores. You should be using Vitamin C and other serums to nourish and oxidate the cells in the lower layers of the epidermis in order to accelerate the reproduction of healthier skin cells. |
